Not necessarily. Many clients use NexCore to augment an existing IT staff member or team — handling after-hours cover, specialised projects, or workload overflow. We're flexible and work however suits your business.

We have deep expertise in financial services, healthcare, legal, professional services, and logistics. These sectors have unique compliance and security requirements that our team is well-versed in.

SLAs vary by plan and priority level. Critical issues are responded to within 15 minutes and resolved within 4 hours on our Professional and Enterprise plans. All SLAs are backed by financial service credits.

Foundation and Professional plans operate on a 12-month agreement. Enterprise plans are negotiated individually. We offer a 90-day exit clause on all plans if we fail to meet agreed SLAs for two consecutive months.
